Spain Golden Visa
Scene of a varied and rich history, Spain settles in the extreme south-west of Europe, in addition to the peninsular territory it includes the Canary and Balearic archipelagos, and territories in continental Africa.
The Golden Visa program offers the immigrant residence visa and authorization to work, in exchange for qualified investments.
The required amounts are:
- € 500.000 in real estate, or
- 1 million € in shares, bank deposits or business projects of interest developed in the country, or
- 2 million € in public debt.
This resident visa may be renewed if the investment is held. The beneficiary must visit Spain at least once during the period of residence
